AN INTIMATE EVENING OF SHARABLE PLATES CURATED WITH LOCAL MICHIGAN PRODUCE AND PRODUCTS 

Summer is here and the taste of fresh, locally grown fruits and vegetables just can't be beat.

The Collective Company and Kreps Apple Barn & Cider Mill have partnered with local farms, restaurants, and businesses to bring you fresh farm-to-table-style dinners amongst the beautiful and peaceful orchard from June to September. 

Dinners will be held on the third Friday of every month with food curated by two rotating local restaurants, Social House 103 and Public House Food + Drink who are focused on using and highlighting local produce and products.

 

The Summer Nights Dinner Series will begin in June and run through September on the following schedule:

Friday, June 18th, 2021 with dinner curated by Social House 103

Friday, July 16th, 2021 with dinner curated by Public House Food + Drink

Friday, August 20th, 2021 with dinner curated by Social House 103

Friday, September 17th, 2021 with dinner curated by Public House Food + Drink

 

Come tour the orchards of Kreps Apple Barn & Cider Mill and enjoy a relaxing night nestled amongst the trees and allow the talents of these chefs to wow your tastebuds.

 

 The Collective Company has partnered with Kreps Apple Barn & Cider Mill, Social House 103, &  Public House Food + Drink as well as local Michigan farms to bring you fresh produce and products to bring you a farm-to-table feel as you enjoy your evening.

Each ticket will include a family-style meal and two drinks provided by Social House 103. We feel this is the perfect opportunity to provide space for community and fellowship, so seating will be amongst large farm-style tables where shareable family-style plates will be passed amongst friends, both new and old. This means that there will be no private seating, however, we will do our best to seat based on the request of table partners. Worried you won't get enough to eat? We can assure you that won't be the case. We have worked closely with the Chefs to select menu items that have something unique and also chosen a variety of items that allow for you to taste a wide spectrum of signature dishes. There will also be some individually plated items for each guest as well as dessert and drink vouchers for local hard cider or local wine provided by Social House 103.

SOCIAL HOUSE 103 --- JUNE 18TH, 2021

SHARABLES:

CAULIFLOWER BITES

• Cauliflower breaded in a special blend of spices and fried with a little kick

SOCIAL SHRIMP

• Crisp, golden brown shrimp. Served with Asian ginger dipping sauce

BRUSCHETTA

•  A classic, fresh bruschetta served with toasted crostini

PRETZELS

• Soft Bavarian pretzels served with honey mustard

INDIVIDUALS:

STRAWBERRY FIELDS SALAD

• Fresh local strawberries, blueberries, mandarin oranges, and pecans, served with poppyseed dressing on the side

SOCIAL HOUSE MAC N CHEESE

• Pasta shells smothered in a signature 5 cheese blend

DESSERT:

FRESH DONUTS

• Freshly made donuts from the kitchen of Kreps Apple Barn & Cider Mill
